Terms of Use

By installing ENProtocol and creating an account you agree to these terms. They are kept short on purpose.

Who we are

The game is provided by Muzaffer Akdokur (individual developer) — akdokur@gmail.com. If you downloaded it from Apple or Google, that store's terms also apply.

Account

• You are responsible for your account's security and password.
• Moving advantages between accounts (transferring rewards, deliberately losing matches, trading with your own accounts on the market) is not allowed.
• You may not sell, transfer or rent your account.
• You must be at least 13 to use the game. If you are a minor where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to make purchases.

Fair play

The server decides match results. Modifying the client, using automation (bots), sending forged requests or trying to access another player's account is prohibited and may lead to suspension or termination of the account.

In-app purchases

• The game is free. Diamond packs are bought with real money only through the App Store or Google Play. The price is shown in your local currency on the store's screen before you buy.
• Purchased diamonds are added to your account once the store confirms payment. If something goes wrong (e.g. diamonds did not arrive), contact us.
• Refunds are governed by and requested through Apple's and Google's refund policies. Diamonds from a refunded purchase may be deducted from your account.
• Consumers in the EU/EEA and UK: when you agree on the purchase screen to immediate delivery of digital content, your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the content is credited to your account. This does not affect your legal rights for faulty content.

Virtual currencies

• Diamonds and isotopes are virtual in-game items; what you own is a licence to use them in the game.
• They cannot be exchanged for real money or traded outside the game, and can only change hands through the game's own features (team gifts, market).
• If your account is terminated for breaking these terms, or you delete it, the balance is lost.

Player market

• Items on the market are bought and sold only with diamonds; no real money is involved and diamonds earned on the market cannot be cashed out.
• Trading requires your account to meet certain conditions (such as a verified email, a minimum level and number of days played). The conditions are shown in the game and may change.
• A commission is deducted from completed sales.
• The market may also contain listings created by the game itself.
• Off-game deals and buying or selling accounts or items for money are prohibited and may lead to account termination.

User content

Content you write, such as a team's name, tag and description, is visible to other players. Insults, hate speech, harassment, sexual content, personal information, advertising and illegal content are not allowed. Such content may be filtered or removed, and the author's account may be suspended.

If you see objectionable content, report it with the in-game report option or by writing to akdokur@gmail.com; reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

Availability

The server may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical failures. Balance, content and the economy may change over time. If the game is shut down entirely, we will give as much notice as possible.

Intellectual property

The game's code, art, sound and characters belong to Muzaffer Akdokur. You may share screenshots and videos of the game; distributing the game itself, reverse engineering it or distributing modified versions is prohibited.

Liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time — see account deletion. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top is updated; for material changes you will also be notified in the game.
