Frequently asked questions

I forgot my password

Use "Şifremi unuttum" (Forgot password) on the sign-in screen. A code is sent to the email registered to your account; enter it and choose a new password. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then write to the address above.

My purchased diamonds did not arrive

First close and reopen the game: an unfinished purchase is processed again on launch. If the diamonds still have not arrived, send us your username and the store's order number (Apple: "Order ID"; Google: the number starting with "GPA.").

I want a refund

Apple or Google took the payment, so refunds are requested from them: reportaproblem.apple.com, or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions › Budget & history.

I can't trade on the market

Everyone can browse the market, but trading requires a verified email, a minimum level and a minimum number of different days played. The missing condition is shown on the market screen.

I saw an offensive team name

Use the in-game report option or send us the team's name; we review reports within 24 hours.

My match ended halfway

Leaving a match in progress counts as surrender and is recorded as a loss. If you lost connection and think the result is unfair, write to us and we will check the match record on the server.

I want to delete my account
